Wayne Paris is an attorney who practices ethics law and civil litigation. He has over forty (40) years of experience in professional malpractice, business litigation, disciplinary defense of lawyers, fee disputes and real estate litigation. He is a former Assistant City Attorney, City of Houston, Civil Trial Division, Assistant United States Attorney, Southern District of Texas, Civil and Criminal Division, Chief Assistant General Counsel, State Bar of Texas and Adjunct Professor, South Texas College of Law, where he taught Professional Responsibility – Ethics, Civil Procedure and Real Property.
